Core shifts available FRI-SUN, Per Diem shifts for Smashable pickup and special event coverage offered as-available.

  • Engage with customers are the front desk and ensure they achieve "peak fun" through expertise and customer service

  • Process payments and manage bookings via our all-in-one POS

  • Stock front-of-house storage and backfill as-needed

  • Answer questions over the phone

  • Ensure customers are compliant with safety protocols

  • Triage minor first aid needs if necessary

  • Other duties as-assigned

MANAGER

$20/hr

  • All Team Member responsibilities, and:

  • Oversee operations while onsite, assigning Team Members to tasks equitably and efficiently

  • Drive overall operational efficiency

  • Train new employees

  • Triage customer escalations
