​Responsibilities​​

  • Oversee operations while onsite, assigning Team Members to tasks equitably and efficiently

  • Drive overall operational efficiency

  • Train new employees

  • Triage customer escalations

  • Engage with customers are the front desk and ensure they achieve "peak fun" through expertise and customer service

  • Process payments and manage bookings via our all-in-one POS

  • Stock front-of-house storage and backfill as-needed

  • Answer questions over the phone

  • Ensure customers are compliant with safety protocols

  • Triage minor first aid needs if necessary

  • Responsible for opening & closing tasks, Managers will be expected to carry a key to the premises

  • Other duties as-assigned by Owner

  • **Additional hours available if you have experience driving a box truck**
